We just got an NAI spam appliance and are trying to get it configured for a test internet domain in our production environment.
-
We set up an mx record test.mycompany.com pointing to the spam box.
-
We added a global domain document to notes specifying the domain.
-
We added the internet domain to the configuration document under the SMTP Inbound Controls “Allow messages to be sent only to the following external internet domains:”
The spam box is forwarding the message to the notes box, which is then forwarding the message back to the spam box. The notes box does not appear to know that the message should be delivered internally.
We have 9 other internet domains that this works for, the only difference I can see is that the mx records for the other domains point back to the notes box.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve
