i have this value in the one of the field that we are refering in the view.

please consider this as on same sorted order.

second row

13\A-31

13-01-A31

third row and forth row.

this is web applicatoin and i want to sort aforesaid.

Are the "" relating to subcategories or are you saying you just want to sort a single column where "" comes before “-”?

i dont have any subcategories. actually value i did described belongs to the one of the field value.

here 13 is smaller.

here 13\01 iand 13-01 are same order

13\A-31

here 13\A-31 is bigger then 13-01 & 13\01

13-01-A31

at lst 13-01-A31 is most one…

accoringly.

I am confused

What do you mean by “are the same order”?

I think you are going to have to use a secondary field to control the sorting as there doesn’t appear to be any logical order to the order you want the documents to appear
