I’m trying to recover all messages sent to a notes user. I don’t see that view type when I open any of the mjxxxx2003.nsf files. Any way to add this in?

Hello Mark,

There is no “By User” view currently in the mail journalling template. However, it was expected that customer’s would potentially want to highly modify this template to meet their specific needs. To be honest, I’m not sure how the making of local mods to a system template is normally handled. But I’m sure that there are other postings in this Forum on that topic.

Does someone out there have instructions on how to modify and existing Mail Journal created by the mailjrn.ntf. I would like to sort each journal by who the mail was sent to so I can copy them back into a mailbox.
