Sometimes some messages are not automatically saved in "SENT" view

Sometimes some messages are not automatically saved in the “SENT” view. In our company, the default configuration to save emails is “Always keep a copy”.

Generally this is working very well, but occasionally, for unknown reasons, a memo is not saved in the “SENT” view . We have received some complaints concerning this situation. This setting does not seem to be 100% effective.

Are there any known causes ? ( Second post and I already checked in this forum )

This would happen if you click the ‘Esc’ button instead of clicking the button ‘Send’.

I noticed something, sometime when I do a reply or a foward from a message originating from internet, the sending does but it is not saved, I wonder if the cause would not be a conversion error, the think is no popop windows signal the message is not saved. “Always keep a copy” parameter is not reliable at 100%.
