Some users still show OOO agent after OOO service enabled

We enabled the Out of Office service on our domino servers, all of which are 8.5 and now we have two users who still see the out of office agent settings in their preferences in iNotes. I can’t seem to find any helpful information on why this might be…

If users had already schedule OOO or were currently OOO when you turned on the Service they would remain using the Agent until they returned and disabled OOO and next time they enabled OOO it will use the service…

It does seem like the affected users are ones that were out of office when we made the switch…though I’ve got a user who was out of office then, came back and now is out of office again, still using the agent.

Subject: Workaround

I Think you have to open the mailfile from with designer and disble the agent.Open Database in designer > Code > Agents > Select OOO and choose disable
