Some users receiving multiple mail copies

Hi all,

We have this problem lately, this problem happen when one user (User A) make approval from application that will send email to certain group.

Some users in this group will receive multiple copies of mail notification.

We believe notes will send only one email to user, even if the user name appear more than once in the group (with many sub groups), cause we also have other application doing this with no fail.

This problem happen only if User A make approval from the application.

Details of the scenario:

User make approval of application that reside on Server A, but the user itself is register under Server B.

For Notes there is a reason to think that it is another user. It could be that this user is found on a local copy of an addressbook, with possible other attributes (alias, email address, etc).
