For list box how can i define array , coz i want to send Copyto mail to all the person who were listed in the listed box ,

or how can i send copyto mail to the person who were in the list box , can anyone give me the code .

its very urgent…plz

You didn’t specify whether you are using Formula / LotusScript. If you are using Lotus Script try using notesitem for the listbox values. Loop thro the valuesE.g

for i in Listbox.values

end forall

Set memberitem= rptdoc.GetFirstItem("FIELD NAME")

Forall mem In memberitem.Values

u dont have to creat any array for it.just use this code.

Maildoc.CopyTo = “”

Set copytoitem = Maildoc.GetFirstItem("CopyTo") 

Set memberitem= rptdoc.GetFirstItem("fieldname")

Forall mem In memberitem.Values

Call copytoitem.AppendToTextList(Cstr(mem))

End Forall
