Some email only showing up in all document view

I have user that only certain email addresses show up in the all document view. I deleted the inbox view and replaced the design but that didn’t help. Any ideas.

Are you running 7.0.3 on the server? If so, then you are probably seeing the issue documented here:

Strongly consider locking down users’ workstations so they cannot change the system time.
