Some Documents are not visible in web but visble in notes client

All,I have two databases.Documents created in one database will be moved to another database by an agent.I am able to preview the view containing all the documents.When i preview the same view in another database i am not able to see the docs created using a particular form.When i preview the same view in notes client i am able to see the docs.Authors and readers fields contain correct value.new documents which are created using the same form are visible now.i am confused why this occurs for some old documents(created last week)alone.
