Some Archiving Issue

Hi

I am facing a problem with one user here. He has made 10-15 folders in notes client & now he wants to archive all the foleders with a single click, because he don’t want to go in each folder for archiving mails. So is there any way of archiving all the foleders in a single time.

One more thing can we set any rule like if we want to archive all the mails present in folders automatically if mails are 2 or 3 days old.

You can edit the Archive settings to enable archive automatically if the mails are xxx days old, It will automatically archive all the emails in all the folders and Inbox or you can select the folders which you like to archive.
