Dear All,

Kindly could you let me know if there is any software which can assist in finding and search the users’ mailfiles for a specific mail and then delete the attachment in Domino 6.

Try Power Tools from Help Software http://www.helpsoft.com/Among the many tools in this suite is one to locate attachments in mail files (or in any Notes database). You can specify the attachment name, or just a file suffix (.avi, .mp3). Once found, you can remotely review or delete the attachments.
