We have recently upgraded to V6 (6.5.1)Users are now receiving the below error when they try to send\review a document:
‘The document is already locked by xxxx’
I have searched the forum and found an interesting article about a problem with soft locking:

As a test, we decided to set the ini parameter EDIT_NO_SOFT_LOCKS=1 for a number of our users. However, they are now receiving the below error:
‘Attempted a lock operation on a DB that doesn’t support locking’
Document locking is not set for the database they are receiving this error for. Does any one know why this error is occurring?
