We are getting the message “Document has been deleted” on some of our mail files where soft deletions are enabled. The message appears in the file, but cannot be opened nor can it be deleted. I found that if I turn soft deletions off, I can then delete these messages. But I then lose all of my previous items in my trash. I am not sure what is casuing this. Anyone have any thoughts ?

I have seen it happen to memos in the inbox and sent view. I it only happens to some messages and you cannot open them, nor can you delete them. When you attemp to open them it says it has been deleted. Once you turn soft deltions off you can delete the items and then you can turn it back on and things are ok again.
