Soft Deletions strange problems

Since upgradeing to 6.5 at the weekend I have had quite a few problems with mail files.

Soft Deletions , was working great until this morning.The problem appears to be company wide

I am using the iNotes6.ntf however accessing my mail through the notes client. There are a few scenarios. I shall list just 3

  1. delete 2 unread documents from inbox, unread count drops by 2. Docs appear in Trash as read. Restore documents and the docs disappear from Trash but do not appear in the folder they were originally deleted from. Can find them in All Docs

  2. delete 2 unread documents from inbox, unread count drops by 2. Docs appear in Trash as read. Restore documents and the docs disappear from Trash and appear in Inbox as read.

  3. delete 2 unread documents from inbox, unread count drops by 2. Docs appear in Trash, as read. Restore docs, back in Inbox as unread , count goes up by 2. I presume this is the way it is ment to work for all.

I’ve refreshed , replaced design , fixup updall, rebooted gone from 6.5 to 6.5.1.

This feature has been heavily promoted to our users and its does not work consistently.

Any ideas please
