We have recently had some users having problem with the soft delete feature. They will press the delete key on the keyboard and the document is removed from the inbox. Then they go to the trash folder and the document is not there. The document is also NOT in the All Documents view. It’s like the document is being deleted instantly. Any suggestions?

The document will not show in the All Documents view of the database if it has been marked for deletion. Have they tried hitting F9 when inthe Trash folder? It may be a view indexing issue.

Or there could be a duplicate $Trash element in the design, with docs being put in one and the outine linking to another.
