SMTP server

hi ,

Mines a domino SMTP server,lately SMTP server performance

has become slow , mostly mails to yahoo.com are held pending,

any tips for me to increase my server performance , what have you done as administrator to increase your Server performance

What do you get when you issue “tell router sh” at the Domino server command line? You should see something to do with yahoo.com.

If your SMTP server is having issues sending to that domain, and probably some others, you might want to try this:

My 2000 server , and where should i add the line in notes.ini

the error after tel router sh i get is SMTP YAHOO.CO.IN (Push)

                  Last error: Connection to remote SMTP server timed out

Usually toward the end of the file. I don’t think that it matters.

The error that you are getting kind of looks like a DNS/internet connectivity issue.

But I could be wrong.
