Hi everyone,I am stumped on this one. I have gone through the forum and tried what people have suggested before that worked but it is still not working for me.
What is happening is I have an incoming email from outside of the organization(we’ll say Bob sent it) and it will come through to a user(Mary) if there is no attachment. Once an attachment is put on the email I get this message
05/22/2008 11:22:10 AM SMTP Server: XXXXXXXXX (XXX.XX.X.XX) connected
05/22/2008 11:22:10 AM SMTP Server: XXXXXXXXX (XXX.XX.X.XX) disconnected. 0 message[s] received
and the email does not come through to Mary or anyone else in the organization.
I have got the external client(Bob) to send that same email with the attachment to a yahoo account I have, I then forwarded that email to Mary and it goes through fine as she receives it. Also this is the only problem that is happening with email coming in as we receive alot of email with attachments through out the day.
I am using mimesweeper and I can see the email come but it just sits in there saying Queued for Routing. I have talked with Mimesweeper and they have said this is not a problem with them as it is between Mimesweeper and Domino.
Any help or direction would be much appreciated.
