SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 552 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size

When attemptign to send a message with a large attachment (just under 20mb in size) I am receiving the following message;

“Error transferring to “OUTGOING SMTP DOMINO SERVER” ; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 552 Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size”

I have recently attempted to raise the restriction from 20mb to 25mb by changing the Server configuration document setting for “Maximum message size” to 25600kb. Setting it back to 20480kb does not resolve the problem.

I have used the “Tell router update config” command each time I have made a change.

The “Maximum message size” on the internal servers is set to 51200kb.
