Since February 4,2008 our Domino console show the error
“SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 521 Unknown DNS not allowed”
This happened when we send to @attglobale.net. So far we using Lotus Notes since year 2000 and always mail to our MD mail address which using attglobal.net we never received this problem.
Fyi, when we send to other email like yahoo, hotmail, gmail or others pop3 there are no any problem and user can received as normal.
Only when we send to anyname@attglobal.net, the problem exists.
Please support due to our Managing Director using this attglobal mail system.
