SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 501 unacceptable mail address

Hi Friends ,

I am receiveing this DFR while sending the mails to particular domain EX:- XXXXX.com ,mails are bouncing back for every user sending mail to this domain.

Error transferring to smtp.XXXXXX.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 501 unacceptable mail address

Can anybody help me out!!!

I would say that this is completely a problem at the receiving end, since you have no problem sending to other domains. Have you tried sending mail to them from another mail address, eg Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail?

Yes mail are not bouncing from yahoo.com
