SMTP problem

hello, I have configure a RSA II adaptator to send alerts via SMTP. When i send test alert, i never receive the alert. I look a the Domino log, i can see the IP of the card connecting on smtp but no message is delivered.

Is there a specific configuration to force smtp accept these mail ? maybe modifying the relay option ?

NB if i made the same through another smtp server made with IIS for the test, the smtp server accept the mail.

Do you have message tracking enabled? If so, search for all message send to your maildb. Then you know if the router has handled it. Stupid question: is there any chance you have rules set up (on the server and/or client) which can delete the mail?

I can see this on the console : 11/03/2008 17:10:37 SMTP Server: 172.30.1.102 disconnected. 0 message[s] received

i had the ip in the list of ‘excluded host from antirelai verification’ and in the list of ‘allow mail from following internet host to external domain’

tell router upd conf

tell smtp upd conf

and still nothing

anyone have an idea ?
