SMTP Mail

I’ve sent an smtp mail to one of my customer & they claims that the message body of the mail not appearing. Have anyone encounters such before ?

Subject: SMTP Mail

It is easy. You sent the message in a rich text format and your client mail reader configured for plain text format. Change one of the sides to bring to the common format.

Thanks Ivan. I forgot to mention that the user is using a Lotus iNotes WebAccess and not the Notes Client.
