need help regarding the error below which is error on our mail server.
Error transferring to smtp02.GLOBETEL.COM.PH; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation
Subject: smtp error
It says what it is… your server has smtp local policies that restrict routing of mail from certain sources to certain destinations… whatever the rule is. Your email does not fit within those rules so is rejected.

Hi Timothy,
it is caused by recipients server (smtp02.GLOBETEL.COM.PH).
Please check NonDeliveryReport (easiest way is to open document properties) there you will find a field “SMTPDSNDeliveryStatus”.
Reporting-MTA= server, which created the error-message

Your mail was rejected on recipients side - all you can do is to contact admin of globetel.com.ph.
