I got the following error when i send message outside my domain:Delivery Failure Report Your message was not delivered to: sannydiallo@hotmail.com because: Error transferring to mx2.HOTMAIL.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 OU-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation pro Can someone help me? Thank you in advance
Subject: Could be a couple of things
Can you send just a regular message with text only to that address? If it gets blocked again it’s probably your domain or IP that is being flagged as spam. About the best you could do then is try to contact Hotmail. I had to do something similar for a client and AOL.
If the plain text email gets through, you need to look at the content of the email that got rejected and determine why from what you find.
