Hello,
I run smartupgrade. It starts to run and restarts the notes client. But the update failed because in the SU report, I get the message :
“User successfully ran Smart Upgrade, but the Notes client version following the upgrade was the same version as it was prior to the upgrade. Please check the validity of the program on the shared network drive and/or the file attached in Smart Upgrade kit”.
I made the kit from the R8.0.2 CD. Any idea what’s going wrong?
