SmartUpgrade - update mail template

Hi all,

i’m setting smartupgrade kits to upgrade from 6.5.5/6.5.6 to 8.0.2 client.

Everything works fine, except for update of mail template.

How can i obtain this automatically when smartupgrade start?

In my smartupgrade policy i’ve set properties to achive this, but nothing happens.

These are properties i’m talking about:

Old design template name for your mail files: *

If Running This Version Of Notes: Release 6.5.6

Use This Mail Template: mail8.ntf

If Running This Version Of Notes: Release 6.5.5

Use This Mail Template: mail8.ntf

Can anybody help me?

Subject: Incorrect settings

What you want to say is if the clients are running 8.0.2 then change the mail template, so the mail template upgrade will technically happen after the SU.

I’ve just solved the problem in the way you say. The only thing is that i must specify “*” in “if running this version of notes”.Thanks very much
