SmartUpgrade not creating Adminp request to update client information in NAB

I’ve got one client who has upgraded via SmartUpgrade from 8.5.1 to 8.5.1 FP! to 8.5.1 FP2 and it never creates the adminp request to update the client version information in the NAB. In the NAB it still shows him at V8.5.1 even though in the SmartUpgrade Report DB, it shows successfull upgrades. Any ideas on how to fix?
