Hi, We have a nice smartupdate kit that works manually if you click on file/…/smartupdate. But unfortunately nothing happen when the user launch lotus notes. We are on 6.5 and i don’t understand. Help and ideas welcome.

Thanks for the post, the situation is this one : Domino server 8.01 in cluster
Lotus notes client : 6.5
New Notes client 8.01 basic edition
Install Shield Tuner last version used to create the kit
I also use the Lotus runase
The user are included in a Notes policy
As i told before, everything is fine when we use the file/…/smartupgrade only.
If someone has an idea where to look for…
