Smart Upgrade

We recently started to upgrade our users to Notes 8.5, that seen to have worked. Now we want to move the user to 8.5.1, the old method is not working so we would like to use the smart upgrade to accomplish this…I have follow the instructions and I have configure the smart upgrade database, mailin db, and the desktop policy. Now I am getting this error message “There are no updates available for your Notes Client Release 8.5.1. There were not matching kits found in the Smart Upgrade Database”

Subject: What are the SmartUpgrade settings

What is the Source version? * works if you want all upgraded.

What is the Source Configuration? This must correspond with the mode (Standard or Basic) that the user is running.

Do you have users specified on the Administration tab? You can leave it blank if you want all upgrade, but otherwise you must specify the users/groups.

Test that the user can open the SmartUpgrade database and see the kit.
