Smart Upgrade

dear all,

i am having one query about “Smart Upgrade”. In our organization we all using Lotus notes Client 7.0.2, i need to upgrade all client to 7.0.3, i applied one policy. after that the user got a pop up and he need to do further.

i want to know that is ther any solution for this that the upgradation will happen in backend with out affeting users work. please suggest me.

In my case, we developed a little VB application run by the user that closes the Notes client and run the setup with a response file.The package installs the client without asking any question to the user.

You can customize the response file using Install Shield.
