Would anyone know why, that when a smart upgrade has been created with all the necessary information, that the client (user) when they authenticate, they ‘do not’ get the popup (splash screen), that a new upgrade kit is available?
Even if the user navigates to file-tools-notes smart upgrade, the response is ‘no updates available’?
The client I am tring to upgrade, is from Release 6.5.5 to Release 7.0.2.
Any feedback or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
