I want to do the Smart Upgrade without incremental installer - I want to use the shipped installation CD.
Therefore I created a Upgrade Document in the Smart Upgrade Database.
Because I have many home office users with no access to any file server in the company, I attached all the install files to the upgrade document.
When the upgrade messages appears all the needed disc spaces in the upgrade notification remain 000MB. When I click upgrade, the notes client shuts down, restarts and the Version is the same.
Any idea how to solve this?
