Hi, I know there are lots of posts about smart upgrade not working and causing all sorts of grief, however I was fortunate enough to get this working in my environment and it seemed to have behaved itself for many months, but now has decided to stop behaving!
I have used the kits and a desktop policy to deploy all recent versions, and have been pushing out 6.0.3 successfully for months now, however Ive noticed recently that users are just not being prompted anymore to upgrade. The only change I can think of is that we upgraded our servers to 6.0.3 sometime ago, so does anyone know if 6.0.3 introduced any problems with smart upgrades?
It seems that everything is still setup fine, as if I run smart upgrade manually from the client it finds the right kit, and even the right deadline from the desktop policy which must mean the policy is working! Any ideas?!
