Smart Upgrade - Multi User Install

Will smart upgrade work with a Multi User Install?

I’ve tested with 2 users, one sucessfully from 6.5.4 Single User Install to 7.0.2. The other user unsucessfully from 6.5.5 Multi User Install to 7.0.2.

LOG from failed attempt…

Subject: Smart Upgrade - Multi User Install

I’ve confirmed SU works with a multi-user installs but I’m still having an issue with the test user in the openning thread.

From the workstation I’m choosing File / Tools / Notes Smart Upgrade…

The error message comes back with… “Smart Upgrade database smartup.nsf on Server01/Domain. Please notify your Notes administrator POLICY: /IT DESKTOP SETTINGS: ITDesktop DEPLOY VERSION: Release 7.0.2”

The remaining log is in the openning thread.
