Smart Upgrade Kit keeps disappearing

I created the Smart Upgrade DB from the 8.5 template. Created the kit on my server and saved the kit. Directly after saving the kit, I refreshed the view and the kit disappeared. Retried this several times but, it keeps disappearing. The only success I have had to keep the kit in the database was to create it on my PCs local hard drive. But, when I copy or replicate the database back up to the server, the kit disappears again.

Any help with this would be much appreciated. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible or I will have to pursue other ways of pushing this update.

Subject: AV

Try disabling the anti-virus on the server as this can sometimes be the culprit, or as a workaround, point to the EXE as opposed to attaching it to the kit doc.
