Smart Upgrade Issues

Hi, I am setting up Smart Upgrade as i would like to upgrade from Release 6.5.2 to Release 7.0.1 and I have gone through all the steps as per the help file.

I am experiencing 2 problems -

  1. When the test user logs in, they are not prompted to upgrade the client.

  2. I receive an error message when i try to upgrade through the client by going File>>Tools>>Notes Smart upgrade.

Errror Message - "Error while attempting to execute Notes Smart Upgrade. Smart Upgrade was not able to determine your desktop policy settings. You are not authorized to perform that operation. Server : 10...**

Subject: Smart Upgrade Issues

Hi,

I have resolved the error messages that i have been geting. I am still however not getting prompted automatically to upgrade my notes client.

Please help.
