Smart Upgrade from 7.X to 8.5.2

HiI am currently trying to upgrade all my Notes clients to 8.5.2 with smart upgrade

Everything seems ok from 8.0 to 8.5.2, but I do no succeed to upgrade from 7.x to 8.5.2

Always a “No kit found” error despite the fact that the “source version” in the smart upgrade kit contains “*”

Here is a smartupgrade log included

I am using a SuRunas package which does work with version 8.0.2

You need to be aware of, and read up on, the install kit types: single user and multi user installs (they don’t work on opposite types), and the basic (C+) vs. eclipse frameworks.

The client was in multiuser mode with version 7The package is a Surunas executable which launch a multiser package.

It worked perfectly when launched manually on user computer. But I never succeeded to launch it through smart upgrade.

Same for all other computer which have a Lotus 7 version :frowning:

Registry key on user computer told me that lotus was installed in multi user mode, and package is multi user mode too
