I need to smart upgrade my Notes client from 6.0 to 6.5.2? Can anyone help how do i go abt doing it? I have followed the procedure as per the Admin help file but i get an error “Unable to locate an upgrade kit for you in the Smart upgrade database SmartUpg.nsf”

When you are creating your upgrade kit, you have to be specific in your wording or else the upgrade will fail. Check out some of the posts on this forum already which have been resolved:
