I was wondering if anyone had the problem or had the fix for the print coming out so small. I have had alot of my users complain that when they are printing an email from Lotus the print comes out so small you can hardly read it.
Anyone have any ideas?

So after an upgrade from 7 to 8.5 all of my printers over 20 of them all have a settings issue? I doubt that thanks anyway

We have had several users have the same issues. Seems to be for some email coming in from external users. Also, as Full admin I can reproduce it by printing the email with the standard 8.5 client, however if I print the same email with the Basic 8.5 client it prints ok. So it seems to be client related to me. I saw some technote about Linux but these are Windows machines.
