so my client is crashing because whatever the last thing I was trying to do (create/load a view) is apparently unacceptable to the client and it keeps to open the last items viewed.
How do I skip this? I seem to think that there is there a directory I need to delete?

In file/preferences you have to remove the checkmark for “On restart open last…”,you will find tis in the “Windows and themes” page

Subject: well… not quite working
so I was able to start my basic client, I changed that setting but when I restarted notes it is still starting with the same faulty windows.
How else can I bypass this?
