Size restriction on Names field

Hello Everyone:

I have a user who wants to send a message to a big group of people (30 or more) and he wants to be able to print the e-mail to have a hard copy of what he sent and who did he send it to. The problem is that he created a draft and now that he is trying to print it, the list is not complete and he needs to have a hard copy with the list of everyone that he intended to get the message. The only thing I can think of is that there is a size restriction on the field but I am not sure I had been looking for a document with size restrictions but have not been able to find one. If you have any ideas please let me know.

Subject: Size restriction on Names field

there is a setting in user preferences (under additional options) to “expand names fields contents when printing”, at least it was there in ND6, I think it’s there in ND7 as well.

Hello:

Does any one knows where it is on version 7. I looked for it in the preferences and was not able to find it. I am not sure if this will actually expand the names or expand the size of the fields so that it shows all the names?
