Greetings,
Is there any way to cap the size of email/attachments for internal destinations (mail going from user to user), but not for mail being routed to external destinations?
we already have a cap on incoming emails at 10MB and no cap exists on outgoing mails (which we prefer to keep).
suggestions appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hi,
you can cap the outgoing email - size by developing code in the mail template querysend event.
I’ve done this and it works very well…
you just have to look, whether the adresses from the sendto, copyto, blindcopyto, exist in the names.nsf. If not it´s an external mail, then you can catch the size and do antything what you want…
