One of my users is having a strange problem after upgrading his laptop. We have a rather large reporting db, which stores reports and their attachments. The doc has a hotspot which copies the doc title and two fields (one for To: one for CC:) and the attachment(s) into a new email.
When the user clicks the ‘Click to email attachment’ hotspot, instead of creating a new email, the subject, recipients and the attachment itself are copied into the attachment field.
No-one else is having this problem, so I doubt it’s a coding error, but more of a client setting issue, seeing as the hotspot worked before his laptop upgrade. Has anyone heard of this before and how to solve it?
