Single logon for Notes

Hi,

We try to implement the Single Sign-On with Notes Client on a Windows 2000 Active Directory environment. For different considerations the Notes setup (user.id notes.ini) is stored on a network drive because most of our users have to move often from one wrks to another. But it seem that SSO doesn’t works when those files are not on a local drive. Is this a misunderstanding from our self of the SSO or it really don’t work this way?

Did someone has a graphic on how works the SSO, a kind of schema or a KB article of all the steps and the interrelation during the logon process ? This could help.

Thanks

Serge

Single Sign On is for multi-server Web authentication.

Based on the description and version of Notes you have (6.5) I suggest you look at Roaming User for you Notes Clients. This is well documented in admin help.
