i have the information yesterday about SCT to reduce the size of database mail. I have need for this template because My server is out of place …
I have some question about this ?
1>is SCT is valid only template 6 and not for the template V5 because In template V5, i don’t think so … i don’t see the field in the properties of database x is the sct ?
2> i convert my database to sct template with the command :
load convert mail\durand * mails6sct.ntf
and everything is ok , but i don’t think that i have win some spaces in my database, after i compact it … Before convert my database was 695 mo and after convert its is the same size … I don’t really understand … Could you tell me why my databse is not reduce …
So I DON’t know how SCT works …
