Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a Notes based time recording template?
I need a simple system we can deploy quickly to record and approve hours worked by staff on certain projects. Doesn’t need to be anything too fancy - just need to be able to record hours worked by day, by category (one category per project), allow managers to authorise or reject and then report the result.
Will start from scratch if necessary, but I thought someone here might have faced this requirement before…

Downloaded and had a look at that. Good tool and I may well use it but not for this application as it doesn’t have the time recording elements I am looking for.

There’s one I like called TimeSled, which has a Notes/Domino plugin. Have a look at it here:

Warning though - the documentation sucks like a singularity. It took me a while to get it working on the server rather than locally. There’s a trick to it - let me know if you decide to investigate and I’ll clue you in on it. (Anyone else as well.)
