Simple action 'Reply to Sender' not including copy

We have a simple action that will ‘Reply to Sender’ and ‘Include a copy of the document in the message’.

When the message comes from the web, the auto reply does NOT include a copy of the document. I’m guessing it is because it is the data type of ‘MIME Part’.

Is there some setting at the database, or server, or agent that needs to be adjusted? Is there a workaround?

If you don’t see any options on the simple action dialog, I’m afraid there’s nothing you can do – except, of course, code it in LotusScript or Java!
