I have a Barracuda Spam firewall. When Barracuda suspects tan email might be Spam, it identifies it in the subject line with the text “[Possible Spam]”.
I want to create an agent for all company mail boxes so that when mail arrives, and that mail has Possible Spam in the subject line, it gets sent to the Junk folder.
I thought this would be easy using the Simple Action agent. So I create an agent that runs “After new mail arrives” with the following criteria:
Document Selection: contains any of [Possible Spam]
Action: Move document to folder ‘Junk’
It doesn’t work. I tried Document Selection: field Subject contains Possible Spam as well. It didn’t work.
I tried changing the agent to run “Before mail arrives” but then I don’t get a Document Selection option.
I tried creating the agent with formula language, but I couldn’t get that to work either and I don’t know lotus script.

Thanks for your reply. I want this set for all employees. How do you set up a rule for this without going into each mailbox? You cannot do it on the template.
Am I missing something?
