Good morning,I finally managed to find the Installshield tuner on the IBM website =)
Anyway…Could I have some suggestions and maybe links to webpages regarding customizing the silent install. I need help on things like what kind of settings could be configured (example to skip most of the install dialogues) and other available options to be customized.
We need to make the upgrade process as easy as possible and have the least user intervention possible.
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated…
