Is there any way that I can sign a change I make in a users database as that user?? For example, if I change and save the Out of Office schedule for a user then the agent runs as me and all emails sent out go out with my name on. I know I can sign as the active server’s ID but can I sign it as the user???

Here is my solution -
After changing the OoO Agent go to its Schedule and specify “Select server when Agent is Enabled.” Next, have the user Enable their own Agent as they should and Select the correct server. Now their name is on the Agent.

There are many different options which will allow you to achieve similar end result. It all depends on exactly what you are tring to achieve, what level the user has, and how you want the message to look when it is received. To understand all the options I would like to direct to the Agent FAQ which has article on covering various issues of this topic:Decode ND6 features - there several new features related to this ability. There are a few other articles related to this functionality as it is a very commonly needed feature. But I would start with that article, and then look at other FAQs if you want to learn even more.

Sure you can sign it as the user – if you have access to and know the password on a copy of the user’s ID. Otherwise, No; if you could, it would be a fundamental breach of security.
